I had a look in the said folder and file readme_en_us.htm was not in there. It then came up with "cant write file "readme_en_us.htm" to Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2016 it already exists and was stuck because retry did not help. Had to work round an installation problem: after entering the license key it created a new sub-folder called "Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2016" and added some files.
