We have a very large environment, byt my department is concerned with just 4 vendor's products as a subset of the environment, and those vendors are not all inclusive so for vendors like Cisco I would want to select on a custom property to split off our cisco's. Ideally I would have multiple widgets on the page with each one selecting a specific vendor/group. I'll need to be able to select which alerts for each widget. But being able to display the red/yellow/green icon is definitely a plus. We use another tool for alert escalation management outside of SolarWinds so any limitations on workflow automations are not an issue, and if management want to press the acknowledgement button, that might give them some satisfaction, but it is not relevent.
This is a management view so acknowledgement isn't an issue. This is a management view of the alert activity for a specific group of devices in the environment. I'm still contemplating the design of this dashboard at the moment.
